Hello everyone!
I just wanted to give a few quick before measurements before I start P90x tonight!
I couldn't get my measurements due to it being memorial day, so this will be up tomorrow!
I did get my Body Fat % which is: 22.4% Yikes! I know!
My height is 5'5" and my weight is 130.6.
I will post my thoughts and feelings about the first workout later this evening!
